Use of the product Fine rubber powder can be used instead of rubber or mixed with rubber to produce rubber products,such as some rubber blanket and hose.When fine rubber is compounded into the surface and side of tire,cost can be greatly decreased and the life length of the tire can be extended.Rubber powder can also be used as building material additive to improve some performance of the buildings.For example,when rubber powder is mixed with asphalt to pave the road,the deformation and chapping of the road surface can be attenuated and the adhesive force between the tire and the road can be enhanced.When rubber powder is compounded into cement to build the foundation of buildings and subways,the damage and of earthquake and noise can be lessened.When it is mixed with asphalt to produce the ceiling material,the water repellency is amended and the service time is prolonged.The rubber powder can be used together with the plastic and resin to produce many high quality rubber plastic products, such as soundproofing doors,walls and luxurious furniture.
USAGE Rubber powder can be mixed into the rubber stock according to the need without changing the intrinsic of the technology,formula and equipment in the production of rubber product. Extra vulcanizing agent should be added and the amount should be 3-5% of putin rubber powder.special care should be taken for temperature in producing rubber plastic products and building materials.
